To enrol in SpeakWell Academy courses, you must be at least 16 years of age. Students under 18 require written consent from a parent or legal guardian. SpeakWell Academy reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrolments, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course.

All course materials, including but not limited to lesson plans, handouts, videos, audio recordings, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of SpeakWell Academy or our licensed content providers. These materials are provided solely for your personal educational use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our materials without explicit written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action and immediate termination of your enrolment.
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use as described in our Privacy Policy.
While we strive to provide high-quality instruction, SpeakWell Academy does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, IELTS scores, or employment opportunities. Individual results depend on many factors including student effort, prior knowledge, and learning aptitude.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakWell Academy disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
